The Caramel Mocha is another popular cafe classic that should be on the menu at every cafe. Experiment with different types of garnishes to make the drink your own.

CARAMEL MOCHA

A caramel mocha consists of espresso, chocolate and caramel syrup, steamed milk and a dollop of foam.

Ingredients: Espresso, Chocolate & Caramel syrups, Milk and milk foam.

Directions:
1.    Pump the appropriate amount of syrup into your cup
2.    Pull the appropriate shot(s) of espresso
3.    Steam the milk
4.    Fill the cup with steamed milk, topping with a dollop of foam

12 oz. – 1 shot of espresso, 1 pump of chocolate, 1 pump of caramel
16 oz. – 2 shots of espresso, 1 ½ pumps of chocolate,  1 ½ pumps of caramel
20 oz. – 3 shots of espresso, 2 pumps of chocolate, 2 pumps of caramel
