A Peppermint Mocha is a great drink for the holiday season. Chocolate, peppermint, milk and coffee…mmm!
Ingredients:
Espresso
Chocolate Syrup
Peppermint Syrup
Steamed Milk
Whipped Cream
Directions:
1. Pump the appropriate amount of syrups into your cup
2. Prepare your espresso shot(s) as normal
3. Steam the milk and fill the cup with steamed milk and stir well.
3. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows.
For 12 oz. cups- 1 shot of espresso, 1 ½ (1.5 ozs.) pumps of chocolate and peppermint syrup
For 16 oz. cups- 2 shots of espresso,2 pumps (2 ozs.)of chocolate and peppermint syrup
For 20 oz cups- 3 shots of espresso, 2 ½ pumps
