j0289407As the weather cools off Hot Chocolate is a winner for you. Here’s a simple recipe you can use to create a signature hot chocolate for your shop or store.

Ingredients:
Chocolate Syrup
Vanilla Syrup
Steamed Milk
Whipped Cream or Marshmallows

Directions:
1.    Pump the appropriate amount of syrups into your cup
2.    Steam the milk and fill the cup with steamed milk. Stir well.
3.    Top with whipped cream or marshmallows.

For 12 oz. cups- 2 pumps (2 ozs.) of chocolate, 1 ½ pump of Vanilla
For 16 oz. cups- 2 ½ (2.5 ozs.) pumps of chocolate,, 2 pumps of Vanilla
For 20 oz cups. – 3 pumps (3 ozs.) of chocolate, 2 ½ pumps of Vanilla

Feel free to play with the recipe and adjust for your store. You may choose a different accent flavor like caramel or peppermint or if you are in a hot climate serve over ice (do not steam the milk if you serve cold).

Gustare!
David
